Lucas Del Priore

CO-FOUNDER

Lucas Del Priore taught and coached in preparatory schools such asChoate Rosemary Hall, The Taft School, Northfield Mount Hermon, and The Hill School. The product design for Leadovate was born while supervising a dormitory and staying up late counseling those very students.

He brings this knack for listening to the market and improving solutions. A first-generation college applicant, he studied educational leadership and art history at Yale Graduate School where he was awarded a full scholarship as an ISM Scholar.  

Hang Nguyen

CO-FOUNDER

Hang Nguyen served as a controller for schools and nonprofits where she drove their impact by improving process and budgetary efficiency. An experienced negotiator between boards and executives, she drives strategic partnerships at Leadovate. Her knack for vision-building is why she has been sponsored to speak at events such as Philly Founders and SXSW 2020.

Previously Hang consulted for 500 Startups to enable high-impact startups. She was 16 when she matriculated to college in the States with a full scholarship. She hails from Vietnam where she continues to serve as a counselor for aspiring students.

Manoj Verma

CO-FOUNDER

Manoj managed IT projects at Morgan Stanley and has 18 years of industry experience. Manoj leads Leadovate’s technical strategy and execution.

He is an excellent communicator with technical and business acumen, and he translates the pain points of our counselors and students into intuitive product features. Manoj is an armchair philosopher who can be found reading Nietzsche or soliloquizing about Dostoevsky.
